Anxiety that narrows you
When breathing itself takes effort, and daily life keeps shrinking.

Individual and couples psychosocial counseling — a warm, confidential space, in English, French or Khmer, to meet what's moving inside you, at your own pace.
You don't need a diagnosis to walk through my door. These moments many people pass through — often in silence — deserve a space to be set down.
When breathing itself takes effort, and daily life keeps shrinking.
Sometimes without knowing where it began, or why it returns.
When colors fade and you no longer recognize your own momentum.
Refusing to be tidied, quietly inhabiting the silence.

A couple, a family, a friendship — when the bond starts to ache.
Unexpected emotions arising with a child or a teenager.
When the sense of belonging fades, more than it liberates.
Neurodivergence, sensitivity, an atypical path — to honor, not to correct.
This list is not exhaustive — if your situation isn't here, I'd be glad to talk with you.
Get in touchDedicated support to strengthen your relationship, improve your communication, and navigate difficult times together. Conflicts, emotional distance, or life transitions as a couple—I help you find your way back to open communication.
A confidential and supportive space to explore your emotions, navigate life transitions, and regain confidence. Whether you're facing anxiety, stress, or profound questions, I will support you with empathy, at your own pace.
A caring setting to bring together several people — a family, loved ones, those who matter — around a shared situation, and to lay down together what weighs on the bond.
When tension, unspoken words or a shared ordeal strain the relationship, I offer a space of trust where every voice can be heard, to restore understanding and interaction.
As a psychosocial counselor, my sessions are a form of support rather than medical psychotherapy. They are not covered by Swiss basic or complementary health insurance. That said, some insurers — particularly international ones — may cover them, so I encourage you to check with your own provider. This independent setting also has its upside: no diagnosis or file is shared with an insurer, which fully protects your confidentiality.
Fees are stated clearly for each session. Unsure, or have a question before booking? Feel free to write to me — I'll be glad to answer.

It depends entirely on what you come to explore. Some people find their answer in a few sessions, others prefer a longer journey. We talk about it from the first meeting, and we adjust regularly together.
The first session is a time for meeting, listening, and learning from each other. You share what brings you, your expectations, your questions. I share how I work. There is no pressure — you speak about what you wish, at your own pace, and we decide together about the next steps. This first session lasts 90 minutes.
Individual counseling is a space for you, to explore what moves through you intimately. Couples counseling is a space for the relationship — I am the third party attentive to both voices, never the referee. If you're unsure, we can talk it through in a first conversation.
Yes. Sessions can take place in person or online, depending on what suits you — including alternating between the two. Online is especially helpful for people traveling, abroad, or simply more at ease from home.
I work in English, French and Khmer. You choose the language in which you feel most free — and you can move from one to the other as things emerge.

A first session is often enough to feel heard, oriented, and to know whether we can walk together.
