This policy explains which data is processed through this website, for what purposes and what your rights are, in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where applicable, the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Depending on how you use the site, the following data may be processed:

  • Data you provide voluntarily via the contact or booking form: first name, last name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
  • Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time of connection (server logs).
  • Cookie data and similar technologies (see section 7).

3. Sensitive data and professional confidentiality

This website is not intended to collect health data. Please do not share sensitive information (in particular about your health) through the contact form. Data exchanged as part of therapeutic care is processed separately, with your consent, and covered by professional confidentiality.

4. Purposes and legal bases

Your data is processed for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your requests and contact you (legitimate interest / pre-contractual measures);
  • To manage appointment bookings (performance at your request);
  • To ensure the security and proper functioning of the site (legitimate interest);
  • To measure audience, only with your consent (analytics cookies).

Where required by law, processing is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

5. Recipients and processors

Your data is neither sold nor rented. It may be processed by technical providers acting on our behalf:

  • Hosting providers for the website and content management system (see Legal notice);
  • Anti-spam protection for forms (Cloudflare Turnstile);
  • Where applicable, the online booking tool used to schedule appointments.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside Switzerland or the European Union (notably in the United States). In such cases, appropriate safeguards are implemented (standard contractual clauses or countries benefiting from an adequacy decision) to ensure an adequate level of protection.

  • functional cookies that improve your experience (e.g. language choice);
  • analytics cookies, set only with your consent.
